Shipping & Refund Policy
We process and dispatch customized products within 2–4 working days (sometimes up to 3–4 days). Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on the location. All orders are shipped through trusted courier partners. If you order multiple items together, they will be shipped in one parcel once all items are ready. We are not responsible for courier delays or missed deliveries due to customer unavailability.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return or replacement. Please ensure the product is in its original packaging with all tags, and share an unboxing video for verification.

- Returns are picked within 4–7 working days.
- Refunds are credited within 10–14 working days to the same payment method used for purchase.
